Which is the original? I see the 2 of the trumpet type in the shop manual for a 51 mounted underside of the hood but nothing for the 52. Many thanks for a great site. I went on Saturday, & was glad I did because the weather was beautiful. Sunday it rained all day, (at least in Pittsburgh), I found a carburetor for my truck & bought a "How To..." book on Y blocks. There was also a club for Y block owners that I didn't join, but I'm probably going to. They put out a small magazine that holds a wealth of Y block info, even has a question & reply page... Anybody interested, I have the address & info. email me. I'm not sure if they have a web site or not. One thing for sure, they ought to rename the meet to "Mustang Show". I coulda built a 5 Mustangs in the parking lot from parts that I coulda bought from different vendors. Either way, Finding at least one part for my truck made it all worth while. Mark. Trumpets were original - either one or two. As far as I can figure, the Five Star Extra cab came with two, the basic Five Star came with one. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 4 Apr 2000 00:27:10 -0700 (PDT) From: Scott Subject: Re: Horns I remember reading something about the 5 Star having the two horns for....
